While primarily based at the academy, you will spend one day a week with the Central HR Team and other HR Business Partners, participating in team meetings, development sessions, and all continuous professional learning and development events.
Initially, your focus will be on developing the HR Team at the academy and aligning all HR processes with Trust policy and statutory guidelines. Over time, you will have the opportunity to support other Trust schools and grow as a multi-site HR Business Partner.
