Dynamics 365 Business Analyst - Finance and Supply Chain

Role Overview:

I'm working with a huge end-user organisation who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with extensive Dynamics 365 project experience to join a growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain to modernise our eCommerce platform, integrate business systems, and drive digital growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, translating them into D365 system functionalities.
  • Conduct in-depth gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in the current eCommerce workflows and processes.
  • Define, document, and prioritise functional specifications that align with project goals and enhance the customer journey.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce or digital transformation projects, preferably with exposure to ERP, CRM, and eCommerce integration's.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 functionalities, including sales, customer service, marketing, and inventory modules.
