About the Role:We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a team of 4 and manage the design, implementation, and performance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure. You'll ensure security, reliability, and scalability while driving improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT systems management, from design to implementation.
- Oversee infrastructure performance, security, and reliability.
- Manage team development and provide coaching.
- Implement improvements and optimize systems.
- Handle disaster recovery and backup processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, networking, and security.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
