Exciting opportunity for an IT Business Partner to join a leading manufacturing business based in Oxfordshire, offering up to £90,000 plus excellent benefits
The Role
As IT Business Partner, you'll build key and strategic business relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities will include:
- fostering and establishing strong relationships across IT and the wider business (including internationally)
- developing a strong understanding of the IT strategy in line with the wider business goals, driving forward this with key stakeholders
- influence development of technology initiatives and investments
- ensuring successful communication across IT and the business, utilising strong data and reporting skills
- managing expectations and monitoring business satisfaction (feedback management etc)
- budgeting and planning, as well as 3rd party relationship management
- work alongside other IT leaders, driving continuous improvement, transformation and change processes
About you
Applicants for the IT Business Partner role will have:
- broad expertise in IT / technology (i.e. networking, hardware, business systems, data / BI, cloud, AI etc.)
- experience working in manufacturing / supply chain, with strong experience business partnering with IT and non-IT stakeholders in these industries
- proven collaboration and excellent communication skills
- strategic and transformation mindset / approach
- passionate about technology, with ability to spot emerging trends etc.
- flexibility for regular national and international travel
On Offer
£80-90,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)
