Job Title: Assistant Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a renowned multidisciplinary consultancy who is seeking a talented Assistant Planner to join their dynamic team in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects across planning, architecture, and urban design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior planners in managing planning applications, appeals, and strategic projects.
- Conducting research and preparing reports to inform planning decisions.
- Liaising with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation of site appraisals and feasibility studies.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and policy changes.
About You:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for urban planning and sustainable development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
