Conservation Architect

Salary: £35-42,000 Dependant on experience
A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Conservation Architect to join their team. Specialising in heritage and conservation projects, this role offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK's most significant historic buildings, blending expert restoration with contemporary interventions.

The Role:
- Lead and contribute to heritage and conservation projects, ensuring sensitive and innovative design solutions.
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and planning applications for listed buildings.
- Liaise with clients, heritage bodies, and planning authorities to deliver high-quality conservation outcomes.
- Work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Architect with a specialism/ accreditation in conservation.
- Proven experience working with listed buildings and heritage projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and conservation best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
