We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to take ownership of the production processes, drive efficiency, and maintain high standards for fresh food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met while upholding product freshness, quality, and food safety standards.
- Implements and adjusts production schedules to meet demand, optimize resources, and minimize waste.
- Manages, trains, and develops a high-performing team to consistently deliver on quality and efficiency targets.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to fresh food manufacturing.
- Monitors production metrics, analyzes data, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the fresh food industry.
- Strong knowledge of fresh food safety protocols, quality control, and shelf-life management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on communication and team building.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
