Marketing Executive

MP Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a dynamic company Oxfordshire, to find a Permanent Marketing Executive who is ready to make a swift and positive impact within a lively Marketing team. This diverse role will involve planning and executing various marketing campaigns, fostering partnerships, and supporting marketing efforts to generate leads. You will be responsible for creating engaging sales collateral and enhancing website performance through diverse channels such as events, webinars, press and PR, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Tuesdays and Fridays, while spending three days in the office to collaborate with your team.

• 1 - 3 years of marketing experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premier Pro.
• Experience in maintaining, editing, and creating content within WordPress.
• Experience with video editing specifically for YouTube.
• Email and marketing automation experience is a distinct advantage.
• A degree in marketing or CIM qualification is desirable.
• Strong copywriting skills, capable of crafting compelling copy with a sales focus.
• Proactive, professional, and ambitious with a desire to progress in your marketing career.
• Able to work effectively within a team or independently, managing your own campaigns.
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO principles is beneficial.
