What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our CAMHS Outreach Service as a Band 6 or Band 7 Practitioner, where you’ll play a key role in providing intensive support to young people experiencing significant mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Delivering outreach-based interventions to young people in the community.? Conducting assessments, risk management, and crisis intervention.? Working flexibly within a 7-day rota to provide consistent care and support.? Collaborating with families, schools, and external agencies.? Supporting young people to avoid hospital admissions and promote recovery.? Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to service development.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.? Experience working in CAMHS, crisis intervention, or community outreach.? Strong risk assessment and crisis management skills.? The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
