We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our distribution centre in Kilmarnock immediately.
Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in email, and basic computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
Shifts include 7am-4pm, 10am-7pm, and one weekend every three weeks, with extended hours during peak periods until 10pm.
Wages vary by age, starting from £6.83 for ages 16-17, £8.85 for ages 18-20, and £11.90 for ages 21 and older.
No specific year of experience is required, and we encourage applications from all qualified individuals.

Customer Service Agent - Kilmarnock

We are seeking immediately available Customer Service Agents for our fun, fast-paced, and dynamic distribution centre in Kilmarnock. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written customer service skills, be proficient in email communication, and able to work with computers (Excel and Word).

Key Details:

Friendly and supportive work environment
Shifts: 7am-4pm, 10am-7pm, with 1 weekend every 3 (8am-5pm)
Peak periods: Extended hours until 10pm
Holiday shifts: Shorter hours

Wage:

Age 16-17: 6.83
Age 18-20: 8.85
Age 21+: 11.90
