Candidates should possess strong verbal and written customer service skills and be proficient in email communication, as well as Excel and Word.
The shifts available are from 7am-4pm, 10am-7pm, and one weekend every three weeks, with extended hours during peak periods.
The salary ranges from £6.83 for ages 16-17, £8.85 for ages 18-20, to £11.90 for those 21 and older.

Customer Service Agent - Kilmarnock

We are seeking immediately available Customer Service Agents for our fun, fast-paced, and dynamic distribution centre in Kilmarnock. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written customer service skills, be proficient in email communication, and able to work with computers (Excel and Word).

Key Details:

Friendly and supportive work environment
Shifts: 7am-4pm, 10am-7pm, with 1 weekend every 3 (8am-5pm)
Peak periods: Extended hours until 10pm
Holiday shifts: Shorter hours

Wage:

Age 16-17: £6.83
Age 18-20: £8.85
Age 21+: £11.90
