Maintenance Supervisor position in secure and market leading manufacturer. This is a new role and the company have been investing heavily in the site over the last 5 years.
To apply for the role candidates need to have maintenance experience in manufacturing. Whilst leadership qualities are preferred those who are capable leading a team will also be suitable. An apprenticeship or equivalent qualification is preferred.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will assist in the day-to-day management of the maintenance department. The maintenance team consists of 26 engineers. You will help prioritise jobs, manage parts and participate in improvements and projects to develop and drive quality and reliability.
The role will suit those looking to be part of a driven leadership team where you can really add value.
The Maintenance Supervisor Role:
• Assist in the day to day running of the maintenance department.
• Project improvement work.
• Oversee contractors and ensure all H&S on site.
• Assist in hands on maintenance, PPM and breakdown.
• Assist in plant installations.
The Maintenance Supervisor Required:
• Maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• An apprenticeship or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Experience of leading a team or capable of doing so.
