Benefits of maintenance manager:- Competitive salary: £30,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the park is maintained to the highest standard.
- Liaise with landscapers and others trades to ensure the grounds are immaculate
- Hands on with day-to-day issues and maintenance duties including cleaning of the facilities/amenities
- Handle customer interactions with politeness and professionalism.
- Utilise software packages such as Excel, Word, and Camp Manager for booking and administrative tasks.
- Manage bookings, invoicing, ordering materials, and stock management.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are rigorously followed.
- Write correspondence and manage caravan sales.
- Engage in various hands-on tasks across various areas as needed.
- Proven experience in the holiday and leisure sector, caravan sites would be desirable.
- Excellent customer service & relationship building skills.
- Ability to work on weekdays and weekends, various shift patterns depending upon needs of the business.
- Full UK driving license.
- Must reside on-site in a provided static caravan (including free electricity and gas).
