Are you from a customer service and team management background? On offer is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a well-established company looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join the business where you will have the autonomy to spearhead a new division responsible for customer service and machinery parts, ultimately driving the success of the business.

Established for over 40 years, this company is an industry leader, developing and manufacturing food processing equipment for a variety of businesses, both local and global, with a reach to 30+ countries. Despite their success, this company remains at its core a family-run business, and now they are looking to onboard an ambitious individual to grow their team and play a key role in spearheading their success.

This site-based role would see you taking responsibility for the service and parts area of the business, driving sales, and handling customer satisfaction and relations. You will also be at the forefront of the growth of the department, onboarding new staff, and overseeing the technicians and engineers in this division. This is an on-site Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm role, where you will need to be flexible when needed in order to successfully manage your corner of the business.

This role would suit someone from a customer-facing sales background, with experience managing or supervising a team, looking for a varied, high responsibility role where you will lead a team and oversee the service and parts side of the business to help the company's continued growth.

The Role:

  • Growth and sales strategizing.
  • Managing a team of service technicians and engineers.
  • Parts and service development responsibilities including equipment diagnostics, maintenance and repair, and sending out spare parts.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source and procure high-quality, cost-effective service and parts.

The Person:

  • Customer service and team management background.
  • Background in Engineering.
  • Commutable to Kings Lynn.
