Site Supervisor - Water Utilities Project - King's LynnA leading civil engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a vital water utilities project in King's Lynn. This is an opportunity to contribute to a project that will ensure the continued delivery of essential services to the local community. What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise a team of skilled workers, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction activities on the water utilities project.
- Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, adhering to project specifications, drawings, and all relevant regulations.
- Oversee a variety of construction tasks, including trenching, pipe laying, and utility connections.
- Coordinate with project management, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Champion safety on the project, actively promoting a culture of awareness and ensuring the highest safety standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to the successful completion of the project, meeting deadlines and achieving the highest quality standards.
What We Need:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on water utilities projects, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges of working in this environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations relevant to water utilities projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing a team and collaborating with stakeholders.
