Join our team as a Production Manager, where you will be pivotal in managing our production processes and schedules. This role involves overseeing the manufacturing and production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and implementing safety and environmental protocols.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Create and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules.
  • Procure and maintain factory production equipment, ensuring all machinery is in top condition.
  • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
  • Maintain hygienic conditions within the factory and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Implement and uphold the company’s procedures and policies.
  • Communicate any production issues or obstacles to senior management promptly.
  • Monitor productivity rates and standards and oversee quality control measures.
  • Train, coach, and mentor factory operators and sorters.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, trained in Kaizen and 5S methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
  • In depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
