Office ManagerKings LynnFull-Time, office-basedWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of our client's friendly and busy office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating administrative activities, maintaining office supplies, and supporting staff with any operational needs. You will manage and oversee the daily operations and Health & Safety of the office and site, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the business.The role will also involve providing support to the Finance Manager and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless service to the business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Office and Facilities duties
  • Management for the office and general site facilities, including amenities, maintenance, repair, cleanliness, and supplies procurement, to create a comfortable, tidy and functional working environment.
  • Preparation of agendas and taking of minutes as required.  
  • Organising of teams and management meetings as necessary.
  • Management of the Company Information inbox.
  • Liaising with third parties to ensure IT, telephone and printing services are available and operating efficiently.
  • Reviewing and maintaining IT logs of equipment and arranging disposing or purchasing of new equipment in liaison with the Finance Manager.
  • Maintaining QMS ISO 9001 accreditations on behalf of the company.
