In a nutshell…Our client is a leading manufacturer who provide solutions to businesses across the UK and overseas. They are the leaders in product innovation, and design concepts through to completion.
Working within an established admin team you will play a key role in making sure that all orders are responded to in a timely fashion. You will provide covering aspects from picking & packing through to quotations and stock control.
The ideal candidate will have a strong warehouse/manufacturing background great communication skill.
What's involved for the Warehouse Operative…
- Process of all orders ready for despatch
- Use of CRM for completing transport orders
- Daily stock control
- Ensure any deliveries are unloaded correctly and sent to relevant departments
- Quote assistance - Weight and Dimensions
- Log order details
- Organise collections and returns
- General Ad hoc duties
What you'll need…
- Good communication skills
- Detail orientated
- Confident manner
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- To be punctual and enthusiastic
- Strong background in Health & Safety acknowledgment
- Must have Warehouse/Stock Control experience
- Good knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Navison desirable but not a must)
