As aCustomer Service Representativeatypical day will see youhandling calls and dealing with enquiriesregardingpayments,setting up new accounts, making changes to direct debits, closing accountsand many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over webchat and/or email.

As you can imagine no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs.

The idealCustomer Service Representativewill have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • An adaptable and professional approach
  • To want to be part of a great team

Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Initially fully office based there is the option for hybrid working, 3 days office based 2 days from home, after successful completion of a probationary period.
