The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Sales Manager will be extremely motivated, and career driven with experience in the current salesmarket. This role is perfect for a Senior Negotiator ready to take the next step within a supportive and experienced team.

  • Contribute to the agency’s growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Work alongside the Manager and team to achieve targets.
  • Maintain and enhance the agency's excellent local reputation for service.
  • Identify opportunities for valuations and network accordingly.
  • Conduct market appraisals and arrange all activities for the property to come to the market in a timely manner.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers with vendors and buyers in a professional manner.
  • Managing clients and keeping them updated with regular communications.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with buyers, vendors, solicitors and surveyors.
  • Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.

Required skill sets for Assistant Sales Manager:

  • Proven track record of conducting and winning instructions.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated to build and develop the department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • A full UK driving license.
