Quest Employment are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef for a 5* Hotel based on the outskirts of Watford. Our client is a spectacular venue and resort where they offer fine dining, a range of outdoor activities and award-winning spa and health club.
We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to work across the hotel in the central kitchen which covers a variety of menus.
The successful Senior Sous Chef will be able to:
- Lead, inspire and manage the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Oversee the creation of a dynamic and seasonal menu.
- Maintain a high standard of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage all kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering and budgeting.
- Train, develop and mentor current chefs.
- Work with the front of house team to provide a seamless service.
- Monitor food costs and waste to ensure profitability.
