Serving breakfast and dinner daily to hotel guests, their menu focuses on locally sourced options with daily specials. They are now seeking a Chef De Partie who shares the same passion and commitment as their talented kitchen team to become a part of it.

- Up to £31,000 per annum plus circa £2,160 service charge and a yearly bonus

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting a selection of stunning dishes for both breakfast and dinner services
- Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create new menu items, recipes, and innovative dishes
- Preparing meat and fish to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assisting in managing food hygiene, health and safety practices to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment
- Mentoring and managing more junior chefs while ensuring portion control, waste reduction, and adherence to food safety standards
