Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting a selection of stunning dishes for both breakfast and dinner services
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create new menu items, recipes, and innovative dishes
  • Preparing meat and fish to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Assisting in managing food hygiene, health and safety practices to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment
  • Mentoring and managing more junior chefs while ensuring portion control, waste reduction, and adherence to food safety standards
