Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to deliver high-quality, creative dishes that align with the hotels reputation for excellence.
  • Develop and design seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:
