General Manager
Salary up to - £70K P/A
Location – Bordon
Permanent position / Monday – Friday / 40 hours per week
The ideal candidate will need to have experience within the Manufacturing, Chemicals, Surface Treatment or similar sector.

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a General Manager to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day business strategies to achieve revenue growth.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary, depending on experience, plus:
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday

Your responsibilities will be:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Build, manage, and motivate a small team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Develop long-term plans aligned with business goals.
Experience required:
- Minimum 5-7 years in a leadership role within a small-to-medium-sized business or similar environment.
- Experience in driving commercial success and managing business functions.
- Prior experience in creating and managing operational processes is highly desirable.
- Experience of metals, surface treatment, chemicals would be advantageous but not critical
