I am seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead the operations team and drive efficiency across their supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our distribution centre, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Manage a team of supervisors and operatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Implement and optimize processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance throughout the facility.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and timely fulfilment of orders.
