- To grow membership base through new sales and the retention of members
- Ensure the team are motivated and trained to achieve required standards in terms of leads, appointments and sales with use of the sales dashboard
- To support promotions and marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing ManagerÂ
- To support with all aspects of the member journey including member onboarding, customer satisfaction, queries and complaints, cancellations and retention
- A positive and proactive attitude is a must
- Ability to interact and be ‘hands on’
- A background in fitness and membership sales management
- A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources
