We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Kingston. This role is perfect for individuals with a background or strong interest in the tech/telecoms industry. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Partner Account Manager and assisting entry-tier partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.

Immediate Temporary to potential Permanent position! 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Create and manage quotes for new orders, converting these into sales orders upon partner approval.
  • Handle the termination of contracts, including verification of contract details and calculation of early termination fees.
  • Manage partnership and non-disclosure agreements, assisting in provisioning new agreements or amendments as required.
  • Contribute to sales process improvement projects to enhance productivity and the overall sales experience.
  • Address general queries from partners regarding usage and connectivity.
  • Assist with product recommendations and provide pricing for solutions that meet partner needs.
  • Guide partners in using our self-service portal for information access.
  • Prepare reports on partners’ contract end dates and provide necessary information.
  • Support the Partner Account Manager by maintaining CRM records, updating partner information, and tracking account activities to ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Support Executive or similar role, preferably in the tech/telecoms industry.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
