The JobAre you looking to utilize the skills you've gained in the early years industry in a new and exciting way?We are seeking an Early Years Trainer to work with a caseload of apprentices undertaking Early Years Level 2, 3, and 5 apprenticeship qualifications. Prior experience as a trainer/coach is not required. However, you should have worked in the early years sector in a senior capacity. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Conduct effective initial assessments with all potential learners to ensure they enroll in the appropriate program, meet eligibility requirements, and have any additional support needs identified.
  • Facilitate the sign-up process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and their line managers.
  • Plan and deliver tailored training and coaching to learners.
  • Assess learner-submitted evidence and work, providing constructive feedback.
  • Provide regular updates on learner progress.
  • Ensure learners achieve their outcomes on time.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessment, feedback, progress, and reviews.
  • Support learners with Functional Skills delivery in English and Maths (Level 2).
  • Attend and participate in regular standardization meetings and maintain professional development (CPD) to keep expertise current.
Salary & Benefits
  1. Annual Salary: £32,276 (inclusive of London weighting).
  2. Pension: 4.5% employer / 4.5% employee contributions.
