Customer Logistics Executive Mat Cover (16-18 months)- SW London/ Surrey (3 days in office)- Up to £38k

I am looking for a passionate and growth driven logistics and customer service administrator to join one of the UK’s top drinks distributors in Surrey/ South West London!

This is an incredible opportunity to join a vibrant team where growth and progression is encouraged, and you will be able to work with some fantastic famous brands.

In this role, you will be:

  • Processing sales orders for customers (working with on trade and off trade B2B clients across UKI)
  • Maintaining the ERP system with up to date customer and product information
  • Supporting with customer service queries (EDI/ email/ phone)
  • Ensuring all customers receive great customer service
  • Liaising with 3PL partners for delivery updates

What we would love:

  • Experience within an FMCG supply chain/ logistics/ customer service role (food and bev would be ideal!)
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong initiative and a keen mind to improve processes
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excel skills + a system (Oracle would be preference)
