We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experienced and fully qualified Domestic Electrician
- Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition qualification
- 2391 domestic testing qualification
The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.
The job requires work and travel in the Surrey area (Leatherhead, Guildford, Kingston-upon-Thames); we are looking for someone who lives locally and are happy to travel.
Qualified Domestic Electrician:
The role is to -
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
- Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
- EICR testing
Requirements for Job:
- Full UK driving license not EU licence
- Own tools
- Fully qualified and able to provide certificates
- Experience of working in social housing
- DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago)
- ECS card ideally
