We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join my clients collaborative and high-achieving Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity for career progression within a fast-growing UK hospitality group.
The Role:As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. You'll lead a team of 4, drive process improvements, and contribute to our exciting growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage AP, AR, and payroll functions

Lead and develop a team of 4 experienced professionals

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Collaborate with site and operational teams on TRONC allocations

Support implementation of new financial systems
The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience

Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail

Experience in multi-site business finance management

Proven track record in process improvement

Strong people management and communication skills
