An ambitious medium-sized multi-disciplinary is looking for an experienced CDM Consultant to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, including fascinating heritage projects. With most projects located within the M25 region, the company offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement, requiring only two days per week at their picturesque office.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a CDM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across the core Construction sectors, however they oversee some very prestigious contracts within Heritage. Working with a national company that focuses on local projects, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in your community while engaging in a variety of stimulating projects.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
  • Degree level qualification: in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in CDM roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
