An Engineering Consultancy are seeking a skilled CDM Principal Designer to join their 10+ strong CDM department. They have a long-established CDM & Principal Design service which manages a portfolio of long-standing clients as well as an exciting range of New-build Commercial Developments within London.

CDM Principal Designer

In the role of Principal Designer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, serving as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You'll work in close collaboration with a skilled team of CDM Consultants and provide advice and Design safety advice in meetings with clients.

Key Requirements for the CDM Principal Designer Role:

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (essential)
  • Tech IOSH membership (minimum)
  • APS membership (essential)
  • At least 3 years of experience in CDM Principal Design
