Day-to-day of the role:- Provision customer solutions and manage BAU (Business As Usual) customer requests.
- Liaise with partners on orders and support the sales team by providing insights into product capabilities and value.
- Handle service setup for both standard and non-standard services, including provisioning of new and existing products
- Pack and ship completed orders and project manage small projects.
- Test new products and services before they are introduced to the portfolio.
- Perform various ad hoc duties and assist across other areas of the operations department as needed.
- Mentor and train new staff, ensuring they are well-versed in fulfilment processes.
- Assist the team lead with process improvement and documentation development.
- Manage larger projects for the fulfilment team and ensure a fair distribution of work among team members.
- Continuously liaise with other departments to evolve systems and processes to better support the Fulfilment team's needs.

- Experience in a service provider environment is advantageous, particularly within telecoms network settings.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence to work autonomously and interact professionally with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
