We are looking for a Digital, TLA & AI Innovation Team Leader to be responsible for promoting digital innovation and digital pedagogy approaches within Teaching, Learning and Assessment across the college group.

You will lead on supporting staff to develop use of educational technology within all lessons and supporting all staff across the group developing their digital skills. You will also manage a series of innovation projects and pilots across the group, advising on new approaches and technologies to utilise.

We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic and proactive Team Leader who holds a relevant degree (or equivalent) and teaching qualification with teaching experience and evidence of outstanding practice. With extensive experience in using digital technology and AI to enhance and deliver teaching, you will be able to evaluate EdTech and advise on best approaches for the situation/curriculum area, implementing new technologies in the classroom. Developing stimulating content and resources including video content, you will have the ability to deliver training and workshops to support staff develop their digital skills and confidence.

With strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 apps and services, Educational Technology and digital pedagogy, you will be aware of the emerging technologies and trends within the Educational Sector. Able to understand requirements and interpret information, you will have the ability to apply design thinking to develop solutions and to lead and manage projects effectively. A strong communicator, in particular with non-technical users, you will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and able to think, pivot and deliver quickly when required, responding to emerging/changing opportunities and challenges calmly and effectively.

This is a Group wide post and will require travelling to and working from all South Thames Colleges Group sites.

The successful candidate will be eligible for any increase in salary as a consequence of the annual cost of living review that is due to be implemented imminently.
