The School of Science, Technology, Engineering and Professional at Kingston College are now seeking a Team Leader - someone to join the School’s Management Group and take responsibility for curriculum standards and outcomes for a number of programmes, specifically in Engineering.

Organising and coordinating delivery teams, you will contribute to developing and meeting the School’s Quality Self-Assessment and Improvement plans and ensure targets for recruitment, retention, achievement, success, progression, and student satisfaction are achieved or exceeded. You will also, as directed, teach on programmes and act as a tutor for student groups, taking responsibility for their academic and pastoral care.

As our Team Leader of Engineering, we would like you to hold a degree or relevant professional qualification and have excellent current teaching skills in Engineering. You will have experience of successfully leading managing FE and/or HE programmes and of monitoring and supporting 'at-risk’ learners to achieve or exceed their potential.
