Manage and triage the HR inbox, responding to queries and escalating any complex queries to the team
Recruitment support, chasing reference requests, ad-hoc support to the HR assistants on creating vacancies and scheduling interviews
Learning & Development support providing general administration
Producing monthly reports
Volunteer Programme support
Assisting with HR projects

What you'll need to succeed

Administration skills, ideally within HR
Good numerical skills
Familiar with operating databases
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Ability to use your own initiative as well as working within a team
