Our client, a prestigious law firm based in the City of London, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. This role involves managing the day-to-day administration of HR functions and working collaboratively with HR Advisors to ensure seamless support and coverage during absences.

This is an office-based position requiring attendance 3-4 days per week (4 days during the probation period, with some flexibility thereafter).

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in HR administration, ideally within a law firm.

Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.

Experience in benefits administration.

CIPD Level 3 qualification or partial completion (preferred but not essential).
