- Provide general HR support on activities such as recruitment, job descriptions, liaising with agencies, and preparing offer paperwork.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including company inductions and exit interviews.
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, and grievance hearings.
- Maintain and update the HR system, approve requests, run queries, and monitor tasks.
- Prepare monthly management reports and ad hoc reports, conducting relevant analysis.
- Play a key role in the transition to the Workday HR system in 2024.
- Support cyclical and ad hoc HR projects, including performance reviews, salary reviews, CPD, SM&CR process, and benefit renewals.
- Assist with office facilities management, including health and safety audits and workplace assessments.
- Ideally a graduate with at least 12 months of HR administration experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Comfortable as the first point of contact for HR enquiries and confident in communicating with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with HR systems, including report generation.
- Ability to handle confidential data professionally.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards it is preferred.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and developing HR skills.
