Role Overview:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of this dynamic organisation based near to Kingston. Your expertise will guide them through recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws, whilst also ensuring this diverse workforce thrives. You'll work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with organisational goals, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Drive the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment across multiple locations.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programmes that support staff growth and performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and industry regulations, including UK immigration processes.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies and initiatives.
- Policy Oversight: Develop and manage HR policies and best practises.
- Immigration Expertise: Lead management of UK immigration processes, including work visas and sponsorships.
- Coordination: Harmonise HR functions across all locations, ensuring consistent policies are implemented.
- Payroll: Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees across the multi-locational workforce.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, policies, and practises.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and UK immigration processes.
- Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (CIPD or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience in managing multi-locational workforces and implementing consistent HR practises.
