HR Systems Administrator

As the HR Systems Administrator, you will play an integral role in implementing, updating, and maintaining the new HR system.

Sound interesting?... Daily duties include:

  • Responsible for capturing and implementing accurate data into the HR system
  • Responsible for updating the HR system in response to joiners, leavers, job changes, and annual processes such as leave year end and salary reviews etc.
  • Responsible for keeping filing documentation and employee files up to date
  • Providing first-line support to employees and managers in response to queries or issues with the HR System and liaising with 3rd part provider as necessary
  • Responsible for creating and running reports and analytics from the HR system as required for regular reporting as well as ad-hoc requests, regular use of Excel also likely
  • Responsible for investigating and recommending appropriate reports/analytics that can be obtained from the system
  • Ensuring a process is in place to monitor and review data accuracy, retention and compliance in line with GDPR regulations
  • Responsible for training HR team as new functions or processes are developed and if necessary, supporting with roll out to the wider business
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining accuracy of HR data input into other systems used by HR and in the wider business

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Degree within Business studies/HR qualification or equivalent
  • Proven HR experience working in a commercial business
  • Proven experience of working as a super user/system admin for HR Systems, ideally Dynamics365 or similar
  • Proven experience of working with confidential HR data in accordance with GDPR and strong knowledge of GDPR
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and various information systems
