The Marketing Assistant will also provide administrative and operational marketing campaign support to the wider Marketing team including, but not limited to, supporting external agency relationships, creating marketing assets, managing online systems and portals, supporting purchasing, reporting on marketing activity, and optimizing communication and administration across the department. This will be a month by month rolling contract. For the right candidate there could be a permanet position Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant• Supporting the Marketing Manager to project manage the portfolio of events (tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, networking events and webinars) across the world. • Support the Marketing team to deliver successful, integrated marketing campaigns across a range of sectors and geographies including product launches, brand awareness drives, demand generation activity, thought leadership, and customer relationship. • Support the Marketing team to manage external agencies, including project co-ordination, ongoing administrative support and ongoing service delivery reviews.• Support on social media content ideas, planning and scheduling.• Support the Marketing team to deliver best-in-class marketing collateral and sales support tools.• Manage and optimise the range of Marketing online tools, systems and portals so they're fit for purpose for internal and external audiences.• Manage ongoing purchasing requirements and co-ordinate with the Finance team to ensure a smooth administrative process.Essential• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related fields.Professional & Personal Skills• High drive, ambition and energy • Maturity and strong work ethic • Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent project management and time management skills• Adept to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment• Good attention to detail and ability to handle pressure.
