Our client is a university in South West London. It is looking to hire an experienced Building Services Engineer.
As the Building Services Engineer, you will be expected to carry out routine and reactive maintenance around the campus. Your role will include but not be limited to doing PPMs and checks on AHU, HVAC, Electrical, Blockages, leaks, replacing valves, P&D and other minor repairs. It’s all 1st fix and making safe.
You will ideally be part qualified as a plumber or mechanical engineer for this role as long as you’re multi-skilled, have a good understanding of building services, a can-do attitude, and will work as part of a team
Our client is offering:
- £40,000
- Mon – Fri (8am – 4.30pm)
- Call-out (1 in 11)
- Overtime available
- Pension
- Training and development if required
