We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager and Office Manager on behalf of one of our clients. A fantastic opportunity for anyone with previous property office management experience.

The role is to assist with the day-to-day management of the property portfolio. The focus of the job is to be responsible for the management of all information for each property to be the liaison with the tenants in relation to maintenance and management of the buildings and for providing PA and Office Management support.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintaining the filling system and database

  • Managing all legal requirements for each property e.g., Fire Certificates, Electrical Certificates, EPC’s, Gas Safety, Health and Safety etc.
  • Dealing with tenants for maintenance and management issues
  • Liaising with contractors to book maintenance requests
  • Maintaining the filling system and database
  • Diary and travel management
  • Assisting the Accountant with issuing of service charges and utility information
  • Preparing reports and researching property information Maintaining and managing sets of keys and access details
  • Undertaking building inspections

Person specification

  • The ideal candidate will possess some commercial property experience but other property experience welcome.
  • IT Savvy with knowledge of Microsoft packages also experience of accountancy software and/or property management software useful.
  • Highly organised, methodical, with great attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills for complex and diverse information.
  • Accuracy is essential.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
