As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the home buying process, working in our model homes and sales centres. You will provide exceptional service, build relationships, manage sales processes, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective buyers.
  • Conduct model home tours.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage sales processes and negotiations.
  • Stay informed on market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in community events.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience, within property is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to understand architectural plans and financing.
