The Creative Industries School at Kingston College are now seeking a specialist Media Make-Up teacher, with expertise in special effects make-up, and period hair and make-up to deliver exciting and industry relevant skills and knowledge to students enrolled on our popular practical vocational courses, predominately at Level 3.

You will have a good understanding of the world of current media make-up and will be able to support students in developing higher specialist level skills and understanding. With good industry knowledge to support work experience and industry placements that are integral to the Study Programme offer, you will have a clear understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements in this sector.

The successful candidate will be eligible for any increase in salary as a consequence of the annual cost of living review that is due to be implemented imminently.

Closing date for the return of completed applications is 6th December 2024.

The benefits package includes generous annual leave of 40 days plus up to 8 additional days over Christmas/New Year as well as an additional 5 days Wellbeing leave to enhance employees’ physical and mental health.
