Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Dudley
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 p/a
Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate from an SME background, ideally in Manufacturing.
We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a well-established business with ambitious growth plans! The ideal candidate is from an SME background, has a can-do attitude and will be eager to get involved! This role is dynamic and an all-encompassing finance position where no two days are the same. This position offers the opportunity to handle day-to-day financial activities, engage in strategic planning and contribute to the businesses ongoing success!
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and review month-end processes. Post all journals and provide initial results review and commentary.
- Conduct annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.

Ideally, You Will:
- Have proven experience in a similar role, ideally from an SME Manufacturing business.
- Possess strong understanding of financial strategies and month-end close activities.
- Have working experience in producing financial reports and conducting cash flow management.
- Be a proactive individual, with a positive attitude, that is keen to get involved and work with a hands-on approach.
