Seeking an experienced, versatile Administrator for a key role with one of Dudley's fasting-growing businesses. This will initially be a 6 month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual seeking breadth and scope to build upon their range of skills. The role has been designed to support various stakeholders across the corporate function, and will involve the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring corporate compliance data and amending where necessary
- Acting as a central contact for the distribution of corporate communications
- Setting up & maintaining databases and creating reports using Excel
- Handling a variety of queries that are currently causing blockages to process
- Organising diaries & issuing meeting/visit reminders
- Supporting the Corporate team with the drafting of insurance documentation
- Assisting the Finance team with banking and overdue settlement queries
