We’re representing a well-established and growing financial planning firm who are looking to bring an experienced IFA Administrator into their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently in a similar role or with a background in pensions and investments to join a friendly, professional environment where your attention to detail will be highly valued.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers by ensuring client records are up to date, accurate, and compliant. The role involves a variety of administrative duties, particularly around client reviews, and requires strong communication skills when dealing with providers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating client plans and personal information on the back office system

  • Managing details such as plan start dates, contribution and withdrawal schedules, and wrapper data

  • Liaising with external providers across product ranges to obtain accurate valuation and fund information

  • Requesting electronic valuations via Gateway

  • Downloading fund fact sheets and ensuring correct funds are used

  • Producing Annual Review Packs for adviser meetings

  • Preparing fund fact sheets and simple post-review (MIFID) letters

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an IFA environment (minimum 1 year required)

  • Understanding of pensions and investment products

  • High level of accuracy and strong data entry skills

  • Organised, methodical and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Confident communicator with good phone manner

  • Proactive team player who can also work independently
